These Terms and conditions govern your use of the beauskinartistry.co.za website and any purchase you make from it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

This website is operated by Beau Skin Artistry, a trading name of SkinBeauArtistry (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2026/509438/07) (“Beau Skin Artistry”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an online-only skincare, body care, and hair care retailer serving customers across South Africa.

2. Products and pricing
All prices on this website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Beau Skin Artistry is not currently registered for VAT, so prices do not include VAT and no VAT is charged. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing that order, and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel free of charge.
Product images are for illustration. Because our body butters and skin oils are handcrafted in small batches, minor natural variation in colour or texture between batches is normal and is not a defect.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Payment is processed securely through our appointed third-party payment gateway at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
Risk in your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are correct — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information supplied by you.
5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Our full return conditions are set out in our Return policy, which forms part of these Terms and conditions. In summary, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
6. Product use and disclaimer
Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only. As with any skincare or body care product, we recommend performing a small patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or a skin condition. Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if irritation occurs. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.
All Beau Skin Artistry products are cruelty-free.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, product names, photography, and branding — is the property of Beau Skin Artistry, a trading name of SkinBeauArtistry (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2026/509438/07) or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beau Skin Artistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version published on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
