We want you to feel confident shopping with Beau Skin Artistry. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work.
1. Change-of-mind returns
You may return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused, with the seal intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Because our body butters and skin oils are personal care products, we’re unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons — unless the product arrived damaged or faulty (see below).
How to start a return
Email info@beauskinartistry.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
2. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@beauskinartistry.co.za within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
