This page explains how and where we deliver your order. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before placing your order.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide, to all nine provinces of South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 7 to 9 working days with standard PAXI delivery, or 3 to 5 working days with PAXI Express. Your parcel is delivered to your nearest PEP store for collection, and you will be notified as soon as it is ready. PAXI reaches PEP stores in major centres, towns and outlying areas across South Africa.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate nationwide, based on PAXI’s published pricing: R59.95 for standard PAXI delivery (7 to 9 working days) or R119.95 for PAXI Express (3 to 5 working days). You choose your option at checkout.
4. Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. Tracking your order
You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched. If a tracking number is available for your delivery method, it will be included in that email.
6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, a second delivery fee may apply.
7. Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it with you. See our Return policy for returns and refunds.
